Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These terms apply when you book a place on the Jumpstart Your Finances 30-day challenge, or any other programme we sell through coach.darylharper.com. Please read them before you pay. By booking, you’re agreeing to them.

Who we are

The programme is run by Daryl Harper (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at daryl@darylharper.com.

What you’re booking

Jumpstart Your Finances is a financial education programme made up of five live sessions on Zoom, each lasting around 90 minutes. The dates and times are shown on the booking page. Every session is recorded, and you’ll be able to watch the recordings if you miss a live session.

We’ll email you your joining details an hour before the first session starts. If they haven’t arrived 30 minutes before the start, please check your junk folder and then get in touch.

To take part you’ll need an internet connection and a device that can run Zoom. We’re not responsible if you can’t join because of a problem with your own equipment or connection, but the recording will be there for you.

Price and payment

The price is shown on the booking page and is paid in full when you book. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Your place is confirmed once your payment has gone through.

Your right to cancel within 14 days

Because you’re booking online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of the day you book, without giving a reason. If you cancel within that time, we’ll refund you in full within 14 days of you telling us, using the same payment method you used to pay.

If you book within 14 days of the first session, you’re asking us to start the programme before your cancellation period ends. You can still cancel during those 14 days, but we may deduct an amount for the sessions that have already taken place.

To cancel, email daryl@darylharper.com with your name and the programme you booked, and say that you want to cancel. You don’t need to use any particular form.

After the 14 days

Once your 14-day cancellation period has ended, we don’t offer refunds. If you can no longer take part, let us know and we’ll move your place to a future cohort instead, at no extra cost. You can transfer your place once.

If we need to make changes

Occasionally we may need to move a session to a different date or time. If that happens, we’ll let you know as soon as we can, and the session will still be recorded. If we have to cancel the whole programme, you can choose between a full refund and a place on a future cohort.

What the programme is, and isn’t

Jumpstart Your Finances is a financial education programme. It doesn’t provide regulated financial, investment, tax, debt or legal advice, and nothing shared in the sessions is a personal recommendation. You’re responsible for the decisions you make about your own money. If you need regulated advice, please speak to a qualified, authorised adviser.

Taking part

We want every session to be a safe and supportive space. Please be respectful to everyone taking part, and keep anything other participants share about their own lives confidential. Please don’t share your joining links, session recordings or course materials with anyone else.

If someone’s behaviour is abusive or seriously disrupts a session, we may remove them from that session or from the programme.

Recordings

Sessions are recorded so participants can catch up. If you’d prefer not to appear in a recording, you can keep your camera and microphone off and use the chat. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle recordings and your personal information.

Course materials

All session content, recordings and materials belong to us. You’re welcome to use them for your own personal learning, but please don’t copy, share, sell or publish them.

Our responsibility to you

We’ll deliver the programme with reasonable care and skill. If something goes wrong because of something we did or didn’t do, please tell us and we’ll do our best to put it right.

We’re not responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable when you booked, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with anything, please email daryl@darylharper.com. We’ll reply within 14 days and try to resolve things as quickly as we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones shown on this page when you booked.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
